True Harvest is a church after God's own heart. We are a Bible preaching and bible teaching church. As we are studying the Word, we are seeking full knowledge and understanding of God's divine direction for our lives. We stand on the understanding that our faithfulness will spring forward as His righteousness falls from heaven yielding a harvest where His righteousness goes before us and prepares the way for our steps to be ordered. Our love and faithfulness will come together producing a fruit to draw God's people closer to Him!
Our Pastor launched us on May 4th, 2024 under the leadership of Bishop Lamar McIntyre with 50+ in attendance to see the manifestation of God's working hand. We are an affiliate of the Ark United Christian Community Churches Int. (AUCCCI) under the direction of Bishop C. Anthony Muse. We strive to be a beacon of hope within our community as we assist them in becoming better disciples of Jesus Christ.

Eld. Michael Woolard - Pastor
Michael is a native Washingtonian who grew up in the Prince George's County area. He graduated from PG County public schools and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College. Michael grew up in the church and was licensed to the preach ministry under Bishop Lamar McIntyre at Courts of Praise Christian Church. He later received his ordination under the AUCCCI where he later planted True Harvest Christian Church. Michael is a musician in his own right and has a passion for the things of God. He truly is one who has a heart for God as he pours his love for the people.
Lady Stephanie Woolard - First Lady
Stephanie is a native Washingtonian who grew up in the Prince George's County area. She is a dedicated finance and administration professional with a strong foundation in accounting. She has a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and uses this gift as part of her hearfelt service to God. Stephanie work is guided by both precision and purpose, blending strategic thinking with a deep passion for people. She is also deeply rooted in her faith. She is a devoted worshipper and compassionate leader, as she seeks to reflect God's love in every aspect of her work and life. Stephanie's mission is simple; to serve with integrity, lead with wisdom, and inspire through a Godly example.
Min. Melanie Burwell - Minister of Fine Arts & Media
Melanie is a native Washingtonian who grew up in the Prince George's County area. She has grown up singing in the local church along with several recording artist such as Ryan Vincent Ford & Ministry. Mel has been performing in theater productions since the age of 15. As a theater performance major at North Carolina Central University (NCCU) she has performed, written, directed, and choreographed many of the productions at the university's theater production department. Melanie is the current CEO of REBII Entertainment which was founded by her father, the late Robert "Bobby" Burwell II taking his dream and legacy into a different era of greatness. She currently serves as our Minister of Music and Fine Arts along with the Media ministry here at True Harvest as she serves with a great passion for the gifts God has blessed her with.
Our Beliefs
As a church family, we believe in one Lord, one faith, and one baptism. Our faith is built on Jesus being a triune God where there are three persons in one. As a body, we believe the Holy Spirit empowers the believers for service within the kingdom of God. We believe the ordinance of baptism being the full immersion of one's body in the water. This immersion represents the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as we become one in his suffering, For this reason, we seek to baptize throughout all nations in the name of Jesus Christ.
We also believe in the ordinanace of the Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion). We recognize and believe that all sacraments are the transfigured representation of the body and blood of Jesus Christ. As believers we also see the Holy Eucharist as a representation of the ultimate sacrifce of Christ dying on the cross for the remission of sin.
We believe in having a heart like David in wanting to please God in our worship. The Bible declares they that worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth John 4:24. We believe in the spiritual value of the Five-Fold ministry for the edification of the body of Christ until His return. We also believe disciples are born and developed as they journey into their walk of Christianity. We are first saved through confession of sin by mouth and the belief in our hearts that Jesus is Lord and the development of disciples through our everyday walk with God as we study His Word.
